Pre-operative Preparation
First to look for systemic diseases:

1. Hypertension
2. Diabetes
3. Asthma
4. HBs/Anti HCVs status
5. Haemoglobin Level etc

 Post operative Complications
Mainly depends upon the type of surgery:

1. Bleeding
2. Infections
3.  Failure of surgery 
4. Anasthetic Complications (hepatitus etc)
